No one wants to work hard without getting ahead financially. Feeling the constant pressure of not having enough money frustrates everyone.
You're not alone!
In the 1920s, Napoleon Hill recognized this and set out to discover what sets the wealthy apart from the poor. In 1937, he took that research and published Think & Grow Rich, a book that provides a proven roadmap to financial success. Hill highlights 13 powerful principles derived from his conversations with over 500 self-made millionaires. He found that when you cultivate a burning desire for a specific amount of money, draft that into a written plan on how to attain it, and then take immediate action, something mystical happens. Something that transforms your thoughts into your financial future.Learn to harness the power of your mind, leverage collective wisdom through mastermind groups, and turn your thoughts into tangible riches.

Nothing makes you more miserable than a bad boss. Marcus Buckingham and the Gallup Organization set out to answer that question and, after 20 years of research, found 12 questions that measure these differences. The book discusses what the world's best managers do differently in achieving high scores on Q12: The questions that define the best work environments.Q12 shows you how to maximize your engagement at work. Everyone knows that change starts with clarity. So if you're tired of feeling undervalued or mistreated, this book offers the clarity you need to take control of your life so that you can find the fulfillment you deserve.

Everyone knows that true success in life is determined by the quality and quantity of relationships we have. But, truth be told, most people are uncomfortable meeting new people, especially in group environments. Nothing is worse than feeling insecure, and this is how many people feel when they think they need to be interesting to others.Becoming a master networker has little to do with being the life of the party. Dale Carnegie stresses it is far more effective to be interested in others than to try to make them interested in you. In his book, he addresses common problems like difficulty in making friends, challenges in persuading others, and struggles in making a positive first impression. His insights have helped millions of people like you improve their communication skills, gain confidence in group settings, and achieve greater success in their interpersonal relationships, whether personal or professional. True success begins when you learn how to make others feel important, listened to, and cared for. This is how you win life-long friends and is the key to influencing even the people you barely know.

You'll get my undivided attention. And a little friendly reminder: This is 100% free. Sort of like "professor hours" at the university.

Detailed information on cookies can be found under point 3. But basically:My webpage uses cookies to the following extent:
- Transient cookies (temporary use)
- Persistent cookies (time-limited use)
- Regarding Third-Party Cookies (from third party providers)
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include in particular the session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests of your browser can be assigned to the common session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to my webpage. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or you close the browser.Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time, which may differ depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time. You can configure your browser settings according to your preferences and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. However, I would like to point out that you may then not be able to use all functions of this site.Keep in mind that almost all of the infrastructure I am using is provided by third-party services. Each of these services have different data requirements to function properly. I have provided a list of the third-parties you may encounter during your visit at the end of this privacy notice. The following provides information on the type, scope and purpose of any collection, processing and use of your personal data. It is pretty dry, and it might make your eyes bleed from reading it. But, it is required to do almost anything online these days… so here it is:1. Contact Information. If you need information about the collection of personal data, you may contact me using the information provided below. The lawyer studs say that, with regard to the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the processing of data on this site, I am the responsible person… but my mother would probably beg to differ about the responsible part.1.1. Most people call me Dennis „The Alaskan”, but the legal gurus refer to me as Dennis Kline.1.2. If you need to send me snail mail, my address is Lange Gasse 28, D-71723 Großbottwar. Just don’t show up at my door or stalk me… that would really piss me off.1.3. If you absolutely need to call me for some reason, my “don’t ever !@#%king call me unless it’s legally necessary” telephone number is +49 (0) 7148 966 9995. Of course, you will probably get a voice mail because I am extraordinarily busy. However, if you leave a voicemail. I will call you back.1.4. If you choose to message me, my “I will sick my angry hounds of hell at you if this is spam” email address is: linkedin.mail.mii@gmx.de2. Data collection when visiting my webpage2.1. During the informational use of my webpage, the only data collected is probably that which your browser transmits, i.e. log files, etc. That is, as long as you do not register or otherwise transmit information directly (like when you register for my newsletter or visit the recommended reading links).2.2. When you visit my webpage, I only collect the following data, which is technically necessary to display the website to you:
• My visited webpage
• Data and time at time of access
• Amount of data sent in bytes
• Source/reference from which you reached the page
• Browser used
• Operating System used
• IP Address used, if applicable
• The processing is carried out in accordance with 6§1(F) of DSGVO on the basis of the legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of the website. The data is not passed on or used in any other way. However, I reserve the right to check the server log files retrospectively should concrete indications point to illegal use.
3. Cookies3.1. In order to make visiting my webpage more attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, I use cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your device. Some of the cookies I use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device. This enables me or my partner companies (third-party cookies) to recognize your browser on your next visit (so-called persistent cookies).3.2. If cookies are set, they collect and process certain user information such as browser and location data as well as IP address values to an individual extent. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time, which may differ depending on the cookie. The duration of the respective cookie storage can be found in the overview of the cookie settings of your web browser.3.3. If you choose to link to other sites from my webpage (particularly online bookstores), they will use third-party cookies. These are used to track customers being referred to them from my webpage. In some cases, they may use cookies to simplify the ordering process by storing settings (e.g. remembering the contents of a virtual shopping cart for a later visit to the website).3.4. Third-party cookies from partner companies may also be stored on your hard drive when you visit parts of my webpage (third-party cookies).3.5. Please note that you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of each browser, which explains how you can change your cookie settings. Please note that if you do not accept cookies, the functionality of my webpage may be limited.4. Contacting4.1. When contacting me, personal data is collected. The kind of data that is being collected is pretty much that which is being given. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration.4.2. The legal basis for the processing all of this data is my legitimate interest in responding to your requests in accordance with 6§1(F) DSGVO. If, for example, you are contacting me to unsubscribe from my newsletter, the additional legal basis for the processing is 6§1(B) DSGVO. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request. This is the case if it can be inferred from circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified, and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.5. Comment function. I do not currently have a comment function. But, who knows, that may change in the future. If it does, the following is applicable.5.1. In the context of any comment function on this webpage, certain information may be stored: your comment, comment creation date stamp, and the comment name you have chosen will be stored and published on the webpage. Furthermore, your IP address will be logged and stored.5.2. Storage of the IP Address takes place for security reasons… for example, in the event that the person concerned violates the rights of third parties or posts hateful, illegal crap through a submitted comment.5.3. I need your e-mail address in order to contact you if a third party objects to your published content by claiming it is illegal. The legal basis for the storage of your data is 6§1(B + F) DSGVO. I reserve the right to delete any comments that people believe to be unlawful… or if I simply find them distasteful, overly political, or hateful. This my site, I’ll run it however I chose.6. Use of your data for direct marketing6.1. Regarding your registration for my free weekly e-mail newsletter, you do know that you are granting me permission to send you regular information per email, correct? This newsletter may be sponsored by third-parties to help cover the costs of this service. No information is shared with these sponsors unless you click on the links provided. Then some sales person might contact you, so try not to faint.6.2. Sending you the newsletter requires your e-mail address and some other information, like you name, so that I can address you personally. Rest assured, I am not spamming you. I use double opt-in for sending everyone my weekly email newsletter. “Double-opt-in” means it is virtually impossible for me to spam you because I only send you the weekly email newsletter if you have specifically confirmed that you consent to receiving it. You see, to signup you have to proactively fill out my online form, then you get a confirmation e-mail asking you to confirm you really do want the newsletter by clicking on a link. Now be aware, it is very easy to opt-out. So in the snowball’s chance in hell that your significant other, who shares your private accounts and devices, somehow punked you, you can easily stop the newsletter. It’s automatic and pretty reliable. I’ve tested it myself.6.3. By activating the confirmation link when you do signup for my newsletter, you give me your consent to use your personal data in accordance with 6§1(A) DSGVO. When you register for the newsletter, I store your IP Address entered by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later date. Everyone should know already, but in case you don’t, the data collected by me, when you register for the newsletter, is used for the purpose of addressing you personally in a newsletter, which some might classify as direct marketing.6.4. As I stated above, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending me a message. After unsubscribing, your e-mail address will be automatically deleted from my newsletter distribution list. I reserve the right to use your data as permitted by law in the manner of this declaration. Or, in the manner for which you have expressly consented to in regards to further use of your data for purposes outside the newsletter you unsubscribed from.7. Data Subject Rights7.1. The applicable data protection law grants you comprehensive data subject rights (rights of information and intervention) vis-à-vis the controller with regard to the processing of your personal data, which are:• Right to Information
• Right to Rectification
• Right to Deletion
• Right to Restriction of Processing
• Right to Information i
• Right to Data Portability
• Right to Revoke Consent
• Right to Lodge a Complaint
• Right of Objection
8. Duration of storage of personal data8.1. The duration of the storage of personal data is measured on the basis of the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and - if relevant - additionally on the basis of the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law).8.2. When processing personal data on the basis of explicit consent pursuant to 6§1(A)DSGVO, this data is stored until the data subject revokes his or her consent. If there are statutory retention periods for data that is processed within the scope of legal or quasi-legal obligations on the basis of 6§1(B) DSGVO, this data will be routinely deleted after the retention periods have expired, provided that it is no longer required for the fulfillment or initiation of a requested service or contract and/or there is no legitimate interest on my part to continue storing it.8.3. When processing personal data in accordance with 6§1(F) DSGVO, this data is stored until the data subject exercises his or her right to object pursuant to 21§1 DSGVO, unless it compelling legitimate grounds for the processing can be demonstrated, which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject (law enforcement, intelligence agencies, etc.), or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.8.4. When processing personal data for the purpose of direct marketing on the basis of 6§1(F) DSGVO, this data is stored until the data subject exercises his or her right to object pursuant to 21§2 DSGVO.8.5. Unless otherwise stated, stored personal data will otherwise be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.9. Third Party Services9.1. Okay, this is the biggy. Various third-party services are used with this webpage. Some of these services set cookies or collect personal data. The services which are technically necessary for the operation of this site are used without your consent in accordance with 6§1(F) DSGVO. The services that are not technically necessary are only used after you have given your consent based on 6§1(A) DSGVO.My webpage does indeed use a variety of services offered to me through third-party service providers. While I believe the majority of data is mainly processed on servers in Europe, data storage on servers in the USA (or anywhere else for that matter) cannot be ruled out. For more information on the handling of user data at these third-party providers, please see their respective privacy policies:
